My name is Jeannine N. Frazier and I am the founder and provider for this clinic.  I am a dual certified Nurse Practitioner with Board certification as an FNP Family Nurse Practitioner and PMHNP Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.  I have many years of experience in mental health diagnosis and treatment for both children and adults.  I am here to listen, to educate, and to collaborate with you.  We will work together to promote your vision of better mental health and a better quality of life. 

My Vision:

To provide a neutral, safe, and therapeutic environment for every client to share thoughts and feelings. 

To provide a place for mental health professionals and those who also serve in                                             helping professions to decompress.

We will address all aspects of your mental health, including emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. We will make appropriate referrals for physical conditions when appropriate.
